Great warriors never die. They live in us because of the values that we raised with. Jim was one of those guys! He touched many peoples live over the years and it was an honor to meet and serve with such a man. Now RIP my friend, your mission is over.

Dad, you are and always will be sorely missed!! We've made a lot of great memories together. I am so blessed and grateful that you have created a son, to whom I am married to. Your son shares the great humor you always did. We love you dad.

My deepest sympathies are extended to the Finkle family. I worked with Jim for many years while we were both employed as Department of the Army civilians at 4301 Goodfellow, St. Louis. Jim was dedicated to his profession and to the U.S. Army. He will be missed by those with whom he served. RIP my friend.
