James Kovach Obituary

James Kovach
James Kovach, 77, of Cahokia, Ill., born Aug. 28, 1927, in Thompson #1, Pa., died Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at his residence.
Mr. Kovach was preceded
in death by a son, Jimmy Kovach; his parents, James and Eva, nee Matala, Kovach; two brothers, John and Charles Kovach; and a sister, Mary Tyleshevski.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley, nee Logan, Kovach; two daughters, Jackie Constantine and Mary Ann (Raymond) Leslie, both of Cahokia, Ill.; a brother, Michael Kovach of North Ridgeville, Ohio; two sisters, Eva Ramage of Fort Myers, Fla., and Rose (George) Cindrich of Little Washington, Pa.; five grandchildren, Alicia (Bryan) Leslie, Joshua Constantine, Jessica (Chazz) Combs, Zachary Constantine and R.J. Leslie; and four great-grandchildren, Seth, Josh, Breanna and Bryce. He was a dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2005, at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2005, at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, ill., with the Rev. Mark Reyling officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
