Kathy has been my medical provider for fifteen years and I considered her as much a friend as a nurse. I just learned the news today and am still stunned by the shock and sorrow. My heart goes out to her family in their grief, and I know they and I will all meet her in heaven. Goodbye, dear friend.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. Joyce was so special to me as a doctor and as a friend. As a diabetic she helped me to cope with this disease and realize that I could still live a very productive life. My husband Charles and I will miss her dearly.

Jim - please accept my condolences on the loss of your remarkable wife. We were childhood friends in the old neighborhood, spending plenty of time at each other's homes, watching our younger brothers play ball on the empty lot where Target now stands, sitting on the corner curb eating green apples from Mrs. Paul's tree. We saw each other last at Mrs. Reno's funeral mass. I will certainly treasure my memories of Kathy.

To all of Kathy's family and friends,
Words can not express the sorrow of losing such a wonderful lady. Her smile was so infectious, she lit up a room when she walked in. I will miss her hanging out with me in the mornings. We always shared some good A.M. laughs before she headed off to work. She will be dearly missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

Dave,
Really sorry to hear about your mother, Kathleen. This has to be an incredibly tough loss for you. Just remember that all of your friends (even ones far away like me) are there for you and thinking about you and your family. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting her, I'm sure your mother was a wonderful person. You're living proof of her excellent job as a mother. Mourn and grieve as much as you need, but try and squeeze some happy thoughts and memories when you can. Take care, Dave.
