To the McEvilly Clan:

I was saddened to hear of the passing of one of my college roommates at the University of Illinois at the young age of 50. Although I hadn't kept up with Kevin much after his wedding, I often thought about him and the good times we had in college. He spoke proudly of his family and Irish heritage all the time, and always seemed to have a witty saying at the appropriate time. I will not forget his playful teasing about his nerdy engineering roommates, or the good times we had playing pinball and drinking Stroh's in the Illini Inn after a night of studying, or "rocking out" after classes ended on Friday afternoons. How many roommates would allow a large tarantula to stay in the same room they slept in? Kevin did. To Kevin's parents, his children, his sister Ann, cousin David, Carol, and his aunts and uncles-- my sincerest condolences. Kirk

To the Family of Kevin,

We havent seen Kevin in years, but we remember all the good times and smiles he brought to many friends he associated with at St Martins, especially the CYO days. He did love people and was proud of his Irish heritage. We are sure you will have fond and happy memories. For what else could there be. May God Bless You all. Kevin is now enjoying his eternal life in the arms of God resting in peace.
