Lori Shoffner Obituary
Lori Susan Shoffner, nee White, 49, of Granite City, Ill., born July 3, 1964, in Granite City, Ill., passed away Saturday Jan. 4, 2014, from complications of Huntington's Disease, with her family at her side.
She loved spending time with her grandkids, animals, puzzles, and coffee, and was a very good artist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gradie and Dorothy, nee O'Rear, White; and her twin sister, Lisa White.
Surviving are her husband, John Shoffner of Granite City, Ill., whom she married Sept. 4, 1982; a son Nicholas "Nick" (Megan) Shoffner of Granite City, Ill.; three grandchildren Kaylee, Logan and Leigha; three sisters, Linda White of Granite City, Ill., Leslie (Randy) Crider of Granite City, Ill., and Sharon Voth of Granite City, Ill.; and a nephew, Grant Crider.
Memorials may be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, Gateway Hospice, or the National Epilepsy Foundation. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wojstrom.com.
Visitation: A memorial visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at Wojstrom Funeral Home and Crematory in Granite City, Ill.
Funeral: Service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Granite City, Ill.

We are so sorry to hear of Lori's passing. We love you all and our hearts will be with you on Friday. I am sorry we can't be there, but we will visit with you later this month when we are in Granite. Your are all in our prayers and have been for a long time now. You all were champions for Lori and that was so wonderful.
