Mary Millas Obituary
Mary Michalene Millas, nee Bailey, 56, of Shiloh, Ill., born Nov. 27, 1957, in East St. Louis, Ill., died Friday, June 13, 2014, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Ill.
Mary was a homemaker. She was a loving mother, generous with her time for others, strong willed and a good heart. She loved traveling, painting, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Margie, nee Powell, Bailey; a sister, Regina M. Bailey; and a brother-in-law, Steven Kohlberg Sr.
Surviving are her loving children, Michalene M. Millas, Theodore N. "Teddy" (Beth Ann) Millas, William J. "Billy" Millas, Donald P. "Donnie" Millas; the "loves" of her life, her grandchildren, Khalysta "Khaly" Bettorf, Drake Bettorf, Austin N. Millas, Theodore "Theo" Millas and Macy L. Millas; siblings, Donna J. Kohlberg of Smithton, Ill., Charles "Totsie" (Linda) Bailey of Columbia, Ill., and Janie Bailey of Shiloh, Ill.; special friends, Patty Hagen of Belleville, Ill., Barb Chapman of Fairview Heights, Ill., Pam Williams of Belleville, Ill., Loretta Bunyard, and Patty and Greg Stover; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
A special thank you to Dr. Bhutto and staff, the nurses at Belleville Memorial Hospital and Hospice of Southern Illinois for their excellent care of Mary.

Visitation: Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Our Lady of the Snows Grotto, Belleville, Ill.
Funeral: A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Our Lady of the Snows Grotto, Belleville, Ill., with Pastor Larry Lacefield and Father Stan Konieczny officiating.
