Genevieve: I was so incredibly shocked and saddened to learn of the loss of your dear husband, Patrick. There are never adequate words for times like these in our lives, and I am truly at a loss to express the depth of my sorrow for you, your son, and all of the family. Hoping you find peace and understanding, and take great comfort and joy in the knowledge that Patrick lives on in your son...what a blessing! Thank you, Genevieve, for the reminder to love and cherish my loved ones, and to let them know and feel my love and appreciation for them EVERY day. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Nancy and Jack, Genevieve Clare and all of the family: Patrick and all of you are in my love and prayers. Where there is a lot of love, (and you all loved Pat a lot,) there is sorrow when the love is gone, even when it went to heaven. How blessed we are to believe what we believe. Patrick is with the Father. You can talk with him any time, anywhere. Love, Father Elmar, OMI

Bill,Kate, and Family. My heart breaks for all of you. I have continued to pray for your entire family since I heard of your loss. I pray that Gods sends you some comfort.
I never met your son Kate, but the wonderful tributes that I have read, certainly shows what a wonderful man you and Bill raised.
No words can ease your loss, only prayer and God can bring you any comfort.
It sounds like you have a wonderful family also, that can lift each other up .

I'm sorry - does not work. What you now have to endure is every parents worse nightmare. I'm praying along with so many of your friends and family to help you find a way to continue on. You have the right to be mad, angry, non-believer - it all makes sense when a life is cut so short. It's been a joy watching your journey with little Waylon. He reminds me of Patrick when he was little. If there is one thing -you have GREAT memories of your loving son. Hold Waylon close and remind him of his wonderful Dad ever chance you get. Love to you and Bill

Patrick was one of my closest friends during the time he spent here in Chicago. He was always there for me and he would give any of his friends the shirt off his back. One of the best men I have ever known. He will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. I will never forget you. Love you man....Rest in Peace brother!

Gen, thinking of you at this difficult time, prayers to you and Waylon and all your family. Remember that God hands out only what he thinks you can handle. While I certainly know you better than Patrick I know that my two sons thought the world of both of you, as do all the members of #363.
God Bless
