Ronald Huie Obituary
Ronald "Ron" E. Huie, 52, of Collinsville, Ill., formerly of East St. Louis, Ill., born Sept. 4, 1954, in East St. Louis, Ill., died on Sunday, Jan. 14, 2007, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank J. and Anna M., nee Neal, Huie; three brothers, Freddie J., Frank E. and Gary W. Huie.
He is survived by his wife, Melody S. Huie of Collinsville, Ill.; two sons, Jeremy (Tonia) Kee of Collinsville, Ill., and Joshua (Michelle) Kee of Belleville, Ill.; two grandchildren, Jeremy and Samantha Kee of Collinsville, Ill.; two sisters, Doris (Shelton) Mavity of Warner Robbins, Ga., and Fran Gutreuter of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, John Huie of Collinsville, Ill.; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2007, at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, at Kassly Mortuary Chapel, Fairview Heights, Ill., with the Rev. Frank Flowers officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
