Belleville, Illinois - Steven M. Anderson, age 36, of Belleville, IL, born on May 21, 1986, in Lebanon, TN, died on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Steven was a service manager at Dobbs Tire and Auto Center in Collinsville, IL, for over 16 years. Since Steven was 3 years old, he has always wanted to be a husband and a father. He cherished his family more than anything. Steven loved cars and "going fast". He was a born and bred Notre Dame fan and loved watching NASCAR. He never met a stranger and had a great sense of humor.
He is preceded in death by his father, Audie Anderson, III; his grandmother, Glorene Johnston; and his fur baby, Lucky.
Steven is survived by his wife, Zoa E. Anderson; his children, Lillie Anderson and Caleb Anderson; his mother, Sharon (Kevin "Papa") Grigsby; his brother, Joshua R. (Morgan) Anderson; his sister, Emily Grigsby; and his nephew, Brody Anderson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and a large work family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lillie and Caleb Anderson's Education Fund.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville, IL. Visitation will also be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville, IL.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville, IL with Rev. Kyle Wright officiating. Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
