Terrance Bachmann Obituary
Terrance Bachmann, 70, died at a hospital in Stafford, Va., where he fought pancreatic cancer for three years.
Mr. Bachmann was born on Nov. 17, 1938, in Belleville, Ill. He lived in New Athens during his teen years and graduated from New Athens High School. He served 30 years with the Marine Corps, serving two different times in Vietnam and served out his years at the Marine base near Havelok, N.C. He then lived in Havelok.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Bachmann; four grandparents; and his son, Bill, Jr.
Surviving are his wife, Lois; two step-daughters; his mother, Edith Skaer of New Athens, Ill.; two sisters, Sue Ann (Bill) Pannier of Belleville, Ill., and Karen Larimers of Thayer, Mo.; two aunts of New Athens; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral: There were no services. Mr. Bachmann's body was cremated and buried in Havelok, N.C.
