I remember Dr. Doubek when I was a young nurse working on the surgical floor at Christian Welfare Hospital in East St. Louis. He was a good surgeon and was always so nice to the nurses. Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband and Father.

We are very sorry to hear of Bill's death. He was my friend in medical school and took part in our wedding 56 years ago. Bill was special and, although we have not been in contact for many years, we will never forget him for the kind and cheerful person that he was . Our sincere condolences to the family.
