A memorial service will be held at Birchwood Presbyterian Church, 400 Meadowbrook Court, Bellingham, on Nov. 5, 2011 at 2 p.m., with a reception following at the church. Memorials can be made to Birchwood Presbyterian Church Capital Campaign Fund. Arrangements in Spokane were under the care of Spokane Cremation.
