We were devastated to hear of Sharon's passing. We met Shar when we moved two doors from the McKinley family in Utah in 1987. Being like-minded, we quickly became friends sharing dinners, lunches, birthdays, time on the patio, and even a super bowl game. We treasured Shar and Mac's visit to us in Pennsylvania and Colorado. Our last visit was at our daughter's wedding in July 2010. She was a fun, kind, and a very generous, giving person. She will be missed. With much sympathy, Lesley and Don Hoerl

My heart goes out to you and your family on your loss. I worked with Sharon at Delta and she lived right up the hill from me in Sandy. Sharon was a very special person and I always enjoyed working with her. I'm so sorry I didn't know she was ill. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
