Evelyn and family, Vern was my favorite cousin and I will miss him. I enjoyed salmon fishing with Vern and talking about his beloved Seahawks, and sharing Evelyn's blueberry pancakes, muffins and pie with him. He will truly be missed.

I met Vern in 1971 at Intalco, we worked in the casthouse. We enjoyed talking football especially the Sea Hawks. Vern was a great guy to work with and had a special sense of humor that I truley will miss.
