It goes without saying, Bill will be missed. He was the best boss I ever had - a wonderful introduction to Bellingham. That was many years ago when I was 25 and Rick and I were just getting out of the Navy and starting our life. Bill was a true friend. Peggy I still have your wonderful recipes from the office dinners you and Bill hosted. My condolences to you, Peggy,Kurt & Kim and your famililies. Donna Baum
