Zean Smull Obituary

Zean Kincaid Smull, age 85, of Bellingham passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2009 with family by his side. He was born in Tribune Kansas on August 24,1923. He married Georgia Richtner on March 21,1951 in baker Oregon, they spent 58 years together. Zean was preceded in death by his son Robert Smull (Melinda). He is survived by his wife Georgia Smull, daughter Patty Murry; son Zean Smull (Pat); daughter Bonnie Taylor; son Clarke Smull; grandchildren Natalie, Zean, Jeremy (Monica), Joe and Mary; sister Zelda Harrington (Harvey); bother Bill Smull (Alice); bother George Smull; sister Daisy Hughes (Trevor); 5 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Zean was a veteran of World War II serving in the Philippine Campaign and the Liberation of Ratan. He worked a number of years in the logging industry in Whatcom County as a heavy machine mechanic. Memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on James Street in Bellingham on Monday August 3, 2009.
