Sadie Dibble Obituary
She was born on February 15, 1936 in Northome, MN, the daughter of Robert A. and Esther (Bodien) Baumann. Sadie was a 1954 Northome High School graduate. She married Robert Dibble on January 12, 1957 in Minneapolis, MN. He predeceased her in June 2001.
Sadie was formerly employed by Kohl's, Bergners, and K-Mart. She enjoyed bowling and golfing in her younger years. Sadie was an excellent bridge player. Sadie grew up in the Northwoods of Minnesota before moving to Minneapolis and marrying Bob. They then settled in Wisconsin to raise the family. She had a great love and appreciation for the outdoors. Sadie had a green thumb when it came to her tomatoes and flowers. She also enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children, Greg A. (Susan) Dibble and Rochelle (Don) Ellison; grandchildren, Sarah (Kevin) Byrnes, Stacey (Aaron) Bourkland, Nicole Dibble, Christopher (Marissa) Ellison, and Lauren (John) Patterson; great-grandchildren, Ivy, Baily, Jace, and Kane; sister-in-law, Jeanne Baumann.
Sadie was predeceased by her parents; son, Steven Dibble; three sisters; and one brother.
A Funeral Service for Sadie will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI. Visitation of Remembrance will be held from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday in the funeral home. Entombment will be held in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
