Wade L. Hart
BENNINGTON Wade L. Hart, 39, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009 in Orange Park, Fla., after a lifelong struggle with diabetes.
Wade was born in Jacksonville, Fla. and has lived in the Bennington and Jacksonville, Fla. areas for the majority of his life.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Christine and Ted Nolting of Jacksonville, Fla.; father and stepmother Michael J. Hart Sr. and Frances Hart of Bennington; daughter, Kathleen Hart; brothers, Michael J. Hart Jr., Jason Nolting, Darren Hart, and Gary Bronson; sisters, Rae Hart Tetlow and Jennifer B. Fowler; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
Wade was a graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School, class of 1988.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services in celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009, 11 a.m. in the chapel of JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL with Rev. David Tarkington officiating.
Family and friends will visit at the funeral home on Monday, Nov. 30, 2009 from 5 until 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations in Wade's memory to the National Kidney Foundation of Florida, 1040 Woodcock Rd. #119, Orlando, FL 32803 or the American Diabetes Association 8384 Baymeadows Rd. #10, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

My deepest sympathy to all. I went to school and rode the bus with Wade in Jr. High...we certainly gave that bus driver a run for his sanity. Fond memories.

My condolences to you Christine. Mike told me that Wade had suffered a diabetes problem his whole life. Mike also mentioned that Wade was on a waiting list for a transplant. I'm sure that doesn't make it any easier for you and I'm sorry for your loss.
