Karen Moore Obituary

Karen Suzanne Moore, 61, met Jesus on October 19th, 2025, after a brave battle with cancer. She was born July 10, 1964, to Wayne and Pat Moore. She attended Bryant High School where she made lifelong friendships. She moved to Texas and raised two daughters. She retired from Tarrant County after 23 years and got to focus on being a Gigi.
She loved the lake, playing cards, puzzles and traveling. She lived life to the fullest and her laugh brightened every room. She was a social butterfly who never met a stranger.
Keeping her memory alive are her parents, Wayne and Pat; sister, Renee, husband Richard, and nephew Trey; daughter, Kelsey, husband Michael and their two boys; daughter, Katelyn, husband Richie, and their four girls; along with many other family and friends she loved dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 2:00PM (1:00PM visitation) at Pinecrest Funeral Home. In honor of her favorite color, we invite you to wear purple. A team, 'Miles for Moore', has been created in Karen's honor, if you wish to donate, for the PanCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network) Purple Stride Walk in April.
