Anthony J. DiNapoli

1958 - 2023

Mr. Anthony J. DiNapoli, 65, of Pittsfield, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Born in Passaic, NJ, on May 28, 1958, the son of the late James and Marion Maciag DiNapoli, he graduated from Passaic Valley High School, Little Falls NJ and later went to William Patterson College Wayne, NJ.

Anthony enlisted in the United State Coast Guard Auxiliary, where he proudly served his country.

The majority of his career was in the employment of National Defense Contractors beginning with Kearfott Guidance and Navigation from 1981 to 2005 with a short stint with the TSA and ending as a Senior Engineer at General Dynamics from December 2005 - August 16, 2023.

Among many things, he enjoyed his BBQs with friends and family, taking long rides on his scooter, and playing with his grandchildren. He loved fishing, boating, and his pool time.

Anthony is survived by his loving and devoted Fiance Robin L. Northup of 28 years, as well as her daughters Victoria Holmes and Jessica Connelly. Anthony was a devoted grandfather (Papa) to grandchildren Miles Anthony Nordskog, Alexander Sterns, Emmalee Connelly, Nicholas Sayers and Liam Chubbuck.

Anthony is also survived by Annette DiNapoli, James DiNapoli and partner Jim, Nancy DiNapoli and Harry King and several nephews and nieces.

Anthony had many friends and family and was well liked by all.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by Uncles, Aunts and a few close friends.
