Ezilda Hospot Obituary

Ezilda Madeleine Hospot 1930-2012 Ezilda Madeleine Hospot, native of Pittsfield, passed away in Boca Raton, Fla., on June 21st, with her children by her side. Madeleine or Mad as most of her friends and family knew her, was born in Dalton on October 5, 1930 to Mercedes and Laurence Provost. She graduated from Dalton High and soon after met the love of her life, Raymond Anthony Hospot. They were married for 44 years before Ray's passing in 2001. Madeleine and Ray loved to dance, golf and spend time at their lake home in Lanesborough and their winter home on Hutchinson Island, Fla. Madeleine is survived by her three children; Kurt Hospot of Pittsfield, Tracy Coppinger of Carmel Valley, Calif. and Nikki Pell of Sammamish, Wash. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; Brittany and Chanler Hospot, Trey and Carson Coppinger and Jacalyn and Samantha Pell. There will be no services held but donations may be made to Hospice.
