Frances Zabek Obituary

Frances J. Zabek
ADAMS -- A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Frances J. (Czechowski) Zabek, 84, of Lakeville, formerly of 3 Myrtle St., was celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 10 a.m., in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church with the Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor of the Catholic Parishes of Adams, officiating. He was assisted by the Rev. Mr. Gregory LaFreniere, permanent deacon of the parishes.
Dola Lipinski was the lector. The offertory gifts were presented by Sandy Bacon, daughter, and Brian Zabek, son. Joseph Lipinski was the crossbearer, and Mary Krzeminski and Dola Lipinski were the acolytes.
Joseph Melanson, organist, accompanied the Community Choir of the Parishes.
Burial followed in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery. Pallbearers were Terry Romaniak, nephew; Christopher Bernstein, grandson-in-law; and Paul Lennon and William Chittenden.
Members of the St. Stanislaus Rosary Sodality met at the funeral home Tuesday evening to pay their respects and recite the rosary. The also formed an honor guard at the church for the funeral.
Mrs. Zabek died on Nov. 9. The Paciorek Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
