I was at RISD with Jay, a year behind him. We had good times, lots of laughs, and oh boy, could the guy draw like no other. Godspeed.

Dear Erin and family, I just heard the heartbreaking news that Jay passed away. Jay was a good friend of my sister Francie. I always new what a kind man he was. My sister would always mention what a talented, extraordinary artist he was as well. I am so sorry for your loss of such a remarkable brother/uncle. Love, Kiki
