John Wilcox Obituary
Born in Pittsfield, MA, on August 17th 1946, son of the late John and Celia Wilcox, he was educated in Pittsfield schools.
Mr. Wilcox was a machine mechanic at Mead WestVaco and the former Schaeffer Eaton.
Mr. Wilcox leaves his wife, Linda (Davis) Wilcox, whom he married July, 17, 1984.
He is also survived by his three children, Lisa Powers (Richard), Shari Wilcox and John T. Wilcox III (Kristin); sisters, Judith Goddard and Debra Bunker; brother William Bond; seven grandchildren, Christopher Powers, Nicholas Powers, Brittany Winchell, Typhanie Winchell, Andrew Landin, Madilyn Wilcox and Brody Wilcox; and seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Wilcox.
John enjoyed fishing, dancing, and going to the casino with his wife. John's grandchildren and great grandchildren were his pride and joy.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours for John Wilcox will be held Friday, December 27th from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. at the DERY FUNERAL HOME of 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to The American Diabetes Association in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME.

Sorry to hear of John´s passing, we worked together at Eaton Paper, we had many good memories inside and outside of work. He was always smiling and talking about the children he loved dearly.
