Kevin O'Connor Obituary
Kevin was a voracious reader, as well as a huge music and film enthusiast. His favorite band was The Band. He loved running with good friends (completing several marathons), playing trivia at the former Arizona Pizza, and making wisecracks. Kevin was a truly hilarious person, and a loving father and friend. He will be dearly missed.
Kevin is survived by his three children: Brendan, Patrick (Dalia Mohamed), and Molly; four grandchildren: Olivia and Elliot Yankey of Adams, MA and Kingston and Talia O'Connor of Madison, WI, his sister Mary Aubin (Arthur Aubin), and his brother Thomas of Enfield, CT, his sister-in-law Evelyn Cleary of Northampton MA , and his former wife, Martha McGurn, who remained his friend and companion. He was predeceased by his mother, Anna (Nietupski) O'Connor , a brother Robert , and a baby Anna.
A celebration of life is in the planning stages. Donations can be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.

We knew Kevin as a friend and neighbor. He lived a few homes up from us and always joked he never knew what critter he would see crossing the road near our driveway. We are so very sorry for his loss and send our condolences to his family especially to Brandon, Mally and Patrick

Dear Brendan, Molly, and Patrick,
I'm so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. We worked together for some thirty years and I always enjoyed his wit, intellect, and compassion for others. His grasp of history was truly impressive so conversations with him was a learning experience. We spoke many times after our retirement and I'm very sad that he has passed. My sincere condolences to the thee of you.
