I was saddened today to learn of Larry's passing.
He was my boss in Tamarac when he was City Engineer 26 years ago, and I have respected him ever since. He taught me about the water and sewer industry, but more importantly, he taught me "not to worry".
Right after Hurricane Wilma, I called Larry asking for help with generators, his reply: "Sure Hank, anything you need!" Vero Beach was a big help to Plantation right after the storm, thanks to Larry's authorization.
Thanks Larry, I'll "catch ya" on the other side good buddy!
