I was saddened today to learn of Larry's passing.

He was my boss in Tamarac when he was City Engineer 26 years ago, and I have respected him ever since. He taught me about the water and sewer industry, but more importantly, he taught me "not to worry".

Right after Hurricane Wilma, I called Larry asking for help with generators, his reply: "Sure Hank, anything you need!" Vero Beach was a big help to Plantation right after the storm, thanks to Larry's...

Linda and Family, Larry was such a gentleman with the kindest heart. How he loved his family. He was an amazing co-worker and made the office such a pleasant place to work. He will be missed by all. Many prayers to the family.
