Patricia LaGrant Obituary

Patricia A. LaGrant, 78, of Lee passed away on July 22, 2022 at Berkshire Medical Center.

Patricia was born December 16, 1943 to Antonio and Teresa (Maule) Capitanio of Lee, MA, the youngest of their fourteen children. She was raised in Lee and a graduate of Lee High School. She married the love of her life, Donald E. LaGrant, on June 15, 1973. She worked at various businesses throughout the Berkshires over the years. In her later years she enjoyed watching golf, solving crossword puzzles and reading.

Patricia is survived by her children: Elena LaGrant and Jason LaGrant of Lee; her sisters Helena Jurczyk and brother-in-law Edward Jurczyk of Lanesborough, and Rena White and brother-in-law Adrian White, Sr., of Greenwood, IN and many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents, eleven of her siblings and her husband.

There will be a graveside service at St. Mary's Cemetery on September 30th at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donating in her memory to either the Berkshire Humane Society or the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter in c/o Kelly Funeral Home 3 Main St., Lee, MA 01238.
