You were the sweetest aunt anyone could ever have. I treasured the last 17 years with you after my mother's (your sister's) passing. You were truly a friend, aunt, and second mom all rolled into one. I will miss you all the remaining days of my life (which I hope are many!)and will pray every day for you. You are at peace and I am left with the most beautiful memories I could have ever hoped for. Love you lots- always! Your niece Martha

Freddie,
I am so sorry about the passing of your mom. She and your dad were always very special to us, as neighbors and friends. As kids, Karen and I were always welcomed by them, whether it was riding our bikes in your driveway, or playing with friends as we would "spill over" into your yard. As we got older it was fun working with them both at Kirk's Variety. We shared many special times and they were more like family than anything else. Wishing you many wonderful memories in your mind and in your heart.

I can still picture her smiling from behind the counter at Kirk's. She was always pleasant to all of us neighborhood kids.
