Worked at Taconic Builders for over 7 years. Bill was great. No matter how crazy things were, he would always come over and make us laugh. He will be missed.

To the West Family,

Bill was a good guy. Very dedicated to helping people, his family and the local veterans.
He was liked by many and he always had a good time, especially when he and Emily were together.
It was an honor to know him.
