ELK CITY, Okla. -- Carl Edward Wineman, 75, of Elk City, Okla., formerly of Evart, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018.
Carl was born on March 11, 1942, in Saginaw, to Donavan and Eva Wineman. He is survived by his three children, Candy Moore, of Evart, Clifford Wineman, of South Lyon, and Robert (Stephanie) Wineman, of New Orleans, La.; two sisters, Nancy (Calvin) Hall, of Reed City, and Lou Anna (Duane) Tiedt, of Evart; and two brothers, Bill (Doris) Lewis, of Evart, and Ken(Marilyn) Wineman, of Weatherford, Okla.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will take place in Oklahoma and a small family memorial will take place in the summer in Evart.
