Robert Joseph Leyrer II of Mesick passed away suddenly at his residence on September 28, 2021. He was 45 years old.
He was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on January 22, 1976 to Robert Lee and Madeline (Mattie) Leyrer. Robert was raised in Williamston and later attended a trade school in that area. He was employed most of his life in the building trades throughout Michigan. Robert moved to the Cadillac area in 2007. He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Sandra Leyrer; his siblings James Leyrer, Dorothy Leyrer, Alison Henderson, Julie (Doug) Ritter, and John Paul Leyrer; and his children Hunter and Angelina. He was preceded in death by his mother Madeline C. Leyrer.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
Donations may be made in memory of Robert to St Phillip-Neri Catholic Church located at 831 S Chestnut St, Reed City, MI 49677.
