Sandra Logback Obituary

Sandra June Logback, 83, departed her loving family on January 23rd, 2024 in Cypress, Texas. Sandra is survived by her son Tal Logback and wife, Stephanie of San Antonio; son Derek Logback and wife Michelle of Cypress; daughter Amber Skinner and husband Marc of Cypress; seven grandchildren (Hunter Logback, Britton Logback, Quinten Logback, Cory Logback, Brady Logback, Alexandra Skinner, and Thomas Skinner) and two great-grandchildren (Logan Logback and Layla Logback). Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Ron; her mother and father, Zada and Roy Debusk; and her two older brothers, Bill and Jerry.
Sandra Debusk was born on June 30, 1940 in O'Donnell, Texas. The Debusk's moved to Hobbs, New Mexico where Sandra went to Hobbs High School. She attended New Mexico State University where she met the love of her life (and husband of 53 years), Ron Logback. Sandra and Ron moved to El Paso, Texas where their three children were born. The family moved to Big Spring, Texas in 1976, where Sandra worked for The First National Bank of Big Spring for many years and was an active member of the First United Methodist Church.
Sandra lived her life for family and was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She loved unconditionally, lived humbly, and showed kindness in all she did which could be seen in how she cared for both her mother and father-in-law during their remaining years. Her family recall her passion for doing puzzles and playing card games as well as fond memories of the quiet times spent talking over a cup of coffee about anything and everything. Sandra loved having family gatherings and spending time making memories with her grandkids.
