Christina Sistrunk Obituary
She was born on July 11th, 1980, in Anaconda, Montana, to Deborah and Raymond Bozlee.
Christina grew up in Anaconda, Montana, and enjoyed all that the mountains had to offer by hiking/backpacking, canoeing, hunting, camping & fishing . She married the boy next door, Josh Miller, and started her family in the same setting. They had two daughters, Morgan and Faith. The four of them relocated to Big Timber, Montana, for work and after a time, they went their separate ways but Josh and his family remained close to her heart. She moved to Plentywood, Montana, and started working in the oil field where she met, fell in love and soon married Sammy Sistrunk and they were to add her son, James, and Stepdaughter Mackenzie, to her life. The family relocated to Vossburg, Mississippi, leaving behind the things she enjoyed while being in Montana but was able to take a break from working outside of home and concentrate on being a Mom and also a Grandma. Her Parents soon joined her in Mississippi and she took up gardening and learning canning from her Mother. She spent most of her time tending to her home, garden and the many flocks of poultry she was raising. She was happiest spending time with family. She loved being a Mom and enjoyed spending time with her seven Grandchildren Kimber, Carson, Fraya, Athena, Sterling, Sarafina and Dalyla.
She was preceded in death by Grandparents including August Beierle, Eva Bennett and Harold & Cleo Bozlee.
She is survived by her Husband, Samuel Sistrunk, Parents, Raymond & Deborah Bozlee, her Sister, Leslie Scheetz (DJ Holt), her children, James Sistrunk, Morgan Miller Testa & children, Faith Singer (Morgan Singer) & children, Stepdaughter Mackenzie Sistrunk as well as various Aunts & Uncles.
Cremation is completed; no services are planned but all who knew her are encouraged to post online to share memories & photos on FaceBook.
