BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. - Alan E. Hansen, 83, of Bullhead City, Arizona, passed away in Grand Junction, Colorado, on Oct. 28, 2018. He and his brother, Bob Jensen, were returning home from Washington DC (WWII Korean Veterans' Honor Flight trip) when he collapsed. This trip was a highlight.
Alan's home was Bullhead City, Arizona. He previously lived in Billings, and he was raised in Richey (RHS class of 1953).
He is survived by his four daughters: Carol Hansen, Billings; Debra (Larry) Gibson, Richey; Janet (Joe) Beery, Richey: and Nancy (Allen) Rosaaen, Circle. Also dear to him were his brother Bob (Lyla) Jensen, Phoenix; and his sister Mary (Bryan) Dige, Scottsdale, Arizona. He is predeceased by his brother Gerald Hansen and his parents Thelma Jensen, Everett Hansen and Ole Jensen.
At a later date, Alan's remains will be buried at the Yellowstone National Veterans' Cemetery in Laurel. An Arizona memorial service will take place in February of 2019, at the Fiesta RV Resort (his home) in Bullhead City, Arizona. When finalized, the dates will be announced.
