Alexander Brown Obituary

Alexander Thomas Brown passed away on July 17, 2004, at the age of 14, in Billings.
Alex attended school at Alkali Creek, Eagle Cliffs and Castle Rock. He was always an excellent student and well liked by his teachers and classmates. His hobbies included playing little league baseball, basketball, and he currently belonged to the Junior Golf and First Tee programs. He had a passion for reading, computers, movies, and loved to play badminton with his family. He also spent many memorable times at Red Lodge, skiing, hiking and fishing. One of his greatest loves of his life was his two Westies, Simba and Cisco, and his new puppy, Nemo. He was a very kind and loving young man and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Born May 8, 1990, in Billings, Alex was the son of Audre Thom and Thomas Nelson Brown. Alex's father also passed away on July 17, 2004.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ron and Audre Thom; sister, Ashley Brown; grandmother Dee Dee Stanich; great-grandmother Sanna Hovland, all of Billings; grandparents Art and Edith Hagenston of Glendive, and grandmother Sue Brown of California; aunts and uncles, Dennis and Kit Hagenston of Billings, Greg and Evelyn Hagenston of Glendive, Doug and Mary Ann Thom of Butte, Sheree and Dave Johansen of Washington, Dana Franklin of Colorado, Paul Brown of Florida, Tina and Tim Senrud of Pennsylvania, Diane and Pat Longo, Susie and Winston Philbrick, Doug and Norah Brown, all of California; and many cousins.
Services for Alex will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Dahl Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Billings Animal Shelter, PO Box 1178, Billings, MT 59103 or the Jr. Golf Program, 1236 N. 26th St., Billings, MT 59101.
