Barbralee Ann Claerbout, 87, of Billings, peacefully passed away Sunday March 26, 2017, at the home of
her son Lee W. Perrigo who was by her side.
Barb was born on July 3, 1929, to August and Katherine Kleinschmidt in Basin, Wyoming. She was raised and attended schools in Worland, Wyoming. She furthered her education in nursing at Carroll College. Nursing was her passion and many will remember her for her compassionate care. She worked until the age of 81 with Valley Nursing Home being her last place of employment.
She married Jack Perrigo on Sept. 23, 1950, and from this union were born two sons, Lee Perrigo and Scott Perrigo.
She was preceded in death by her husbands; Jack Perrigo and James Claerbout, her parents, brothers; Allen, Merland and Floyd Kleischmidt; sisters Myron McPike, Lucile who died in infancy; and her son; Scott Perrigo.
She is survived by her twin sister, Beverly Wilson, Lee (Debra) Perrigo and grandchildren Jeff Perrigo, Josh (Lauryn) Perrigo, Jeneille (Josh) Branen, Lisa (Willy) Tate, John (Laura) Perrigo, Paul Perrigo, Shelley (Matt) Murphy, Bryan Perrigo and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
