Dear Mr. And Mrs. Alexander, my name is Carlos Cuevas. I was Craig´s chief warrant officer when we were stationed in South Korea. I am very to learn of his passing. Craig was a great person. I admired him a lot. He was very dedicated to mission, his subordinates and me. It truly was an honor to have worked with Craig.
I just started to watch the series of "Yellowstone" they happened to mention Bozeman and I remembered Craig. He would tell me about his childhood in Montana. I thought it was wonderful how he grew up. I grew up in Chicago and Puerto Rico. Much different than Montana.
Again, I am very sorry for Craig´s passing. He truly was a giant with a giant and kind heart in your team in South Korea.
May Craig continue to rest in peace.
Respectfully, Carlos M Cuevas Jr

Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Dick,
I loved Craig so much. He was a lot of fun...I remember when he wanted to be Evil Knievel and Superman all at the same time when I visited in Bozeman. He was a great American too.

I am saddened by this news and offer my deepest condolences. Though it has been many years, I have fond memories of playing 7th and 8th grade basketball with Craig. And he was, without a doubt, the funniest, best-natured guy on (and off) the court. Your family is in my thoughts.

It is with deep regret that I read of this passing. I will always remember Craig in my Cub Scout den many years ago, and his giant chocolate chip cookies, as will my son, John. He was a delightful young man. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

No farewell words were spoken,
No time to say goodbye.
You were gone before we knew it,
And only God knows why.
Our hearts ache so in sadness,
And constant tears still flow.

The pain you’ll never know
