TYLER, Texas - Former Worland, Wyo., resident Herbert Dale Horel, 70, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010, in Tyler.
Dale was born Aug. 21, 1940, in Worland, to Paul (Grandpa Grump) and Helen Horel. He graduated from Worland High School in 1958.
He and his wife Pam owned their own retail brokerage firm. They moved to San Antonio in 1969 from Denver. They moved to Tyler in November 2009 following his medical diagnosis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dale is survived by his wife, Pam; his son, Gary; his daughter, Robin; his sister, Louise Auer; his brother, Don Horel; three grandsons, eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place.
