BILLINGS - Ken Neibauer, 78, of Billings, passed away Feb. 28, 2025. A memorial service will be held March 25th at 10:30 a.m. located at Faith Chapel, 517 Shiloh Road, Billings, MT. He was my auto body guy to help me always called me chief so friendly and help me many times I am sad but I know he will be missed and will be in a greater place he will be at the speedway in heaven with Mario Andretti & other I feel sad but I know he want me to carry on "carry on chief" i will be at 406-679-0476 if need any help many condolences to the family
