Mark Allen Robillard passed away peacefully on December 3rd, 2023 at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, MT.

Mark was born on January 8, 1981 in Winkler, Manitoba to Ron and Donna Robillard and grew up in Littleton, Colorado along with siblings Nicole and Torger. He attended High School in Littleton, CO and attended the Cook Street School of Fine Cooking in Denver, CO in 2002.

Mark and Jen Colenso welcomed their son, Noah in 2002.

After working as a chef in the Seattle area, Mark made his way to Butte, MT where he met Ryan Curnow. They soon moved to Riverton, WY where Mark began a career in the Oil and Gas Industry for Integrated Production Services, working as a Production Tester on completions of oil and gas wells in Wyoming and North Dakota.

Mark and Ryan were married and welcomed their son, Lane in 2006. They later divorced.

Encouraged by people Mark met in the oil and gas industry he enrolled at Montana Tech in the Petroleum Engineering department in Butte, MT. Mark completed his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Degree, graduating in 2015.

After graduation Mark accepted a position as a Petroleum Engineer with the Bureau of Land Management in Dickinson, ND. Mark then transferred to the Billings, MT office of the BLM where he worked until his passing.

Mark played soccer growing up in Colorado and passed his love for the game and other sports on to his sons, Noah and Lane. Mark coached youth soccer in both Dickinson, ND and Billings, MT. Mark was also a lifelong Denver Broncos fan. He enjoyed hiking, camping, playing and coaching soccer.

Mark is survived by his parents, Ron Robillard and Donna Robillard; his brother, Torger Robillard; his sister, Nicole Robillard all of Colorado; his sons Noah Robillard-Colenso and Lane Robillard of Billings, MT; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and special friends.



Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held in the Denver, CO area in the summer of 2024. Memorial gifts are requested to be sent to the Real Youth Soccer Club in Billings, MT or the donor's charity of choice.
