LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Marvin Ehret, 80, passed away May 26 2019 at Nathan Addison Hospice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marvin was born on Feb. 3, 1939 to Gottlieb and Barbara Ehret in Plevna.
Marvin was raised in Plevna and graduate high school moving to Billings where he received his bachelor degree in education from Rocky Mountain College and a Masters degree from MSU.
He married Mary Ann Hereim on August 4, 1963 in Wilsall and raised three children.
Marvin is survived by his children, Christy Swadkins (Bob), Troy Ehret (Christina) and Jodi Grover; six grandchildren, Ashley, Trevor, Scott, Brandon, Sydney and Oliva; one great grandchild, Aurora; his surviving sisters, Gert Martinson and Delores Wellenstein (Dick); and his sister-in-law, Shirley Ehret.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, Ralph, Harold (Glenna), Morris and Ervin; and brother-in-law Elmo Martinson.
Marvin enjoyed his 42 years in education as a coach, teacher and principal. He loved watching sports, golfing and his grandchildren. His sense of humor will be missed by all that knew him.
