Mary Edwards Obituary

HARDIN - Mary Edwards passed away March 16, 2006.
She was born July 30, 1946, in Sheridan, Wyo., to Jack and Roberta Williams. She graduated from Lodge Grass High School.
Survivors include her mom; sons, Deon Stone of Columbia Falls, Connie Norden, Jerry Lee and Donna Edwards; grandchildren Amanda and Colton Edwards of Banner, Wyo.; sister Shirley and Don White of Gastonia, N.C.; special friend Mickey McKnight of Hardin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Edwards, Sr.; and her father, Jack Williams.
There will be a gathering of family and friends to honor Mary's life from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at the Big Horn County Fairgrounds.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to all for their support during this trying time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Its sad we are so far away and see can't see each other at least on occasions. Perhaps one day we will meet again. In the meantime, do take care. I do see Shirley on occasion since she lives closer to us here in North Carolina.

My deepest condolences to Mary's family, friends and co-workers. No doubt everyone that knew Mary will miss her terribly. Mary wasn't just anyone, she was more than that. She was a good friend to me who had a very kind and gentle heart. She always greeted me with that great big smile of hers that would be punctuated with a hug. I just want to let you know how sorry I am about Mary's passing. She was special to me because she always should her kindness to me in her special ways. As the new kid on the block when Sam and I first lived in the Sarpy area. she made me feel so welcome as a new commer in the community. I always admired her book keeping skills she was one of the best. When I worked with her at anthonys they would send book keeping problems that there accountants from main offices couldn't figure out and she would laugh and think they were silly for not finding what she saw a little mistake.
