Regina Ann Frizzell Reinhardt was a loving, generous, caring friend, mother, and grandmother whose life on earth ended Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010. Regina touched the hearts and lives of the many whose paths she crossed with her warmth, generosity, wisdom and guidance, always ready to reach a hand out to those in need.
Regina began her life journey on Jan. 9, 1950, in Billings, as the daughter of Stan and Betty Frizzell. Later, she became a big sister to her brother Scott. She lived her entire life in Billings, graduating from Billings Senior High School in 1968, and Eastern Montana College in 1972 with a dual degree in teaching both special education and physical education. She continued her work with special education children for several years.
Regina experienced the love of three men in her life: Jerry Reinhardt; Dennis Gear, with whom she had two children, Sara and Shane; and Wayne Partin, with whom she had two more children Skyler and Satari. She was overjoyed at the anticipation of her first grandchild, Evan, who arrived Feb. 19, 2010.
Her most recent blessing was the discovery of her purpose in life devoted to her family and friends at Faith Chapel as a leader for the Celebrate Recovery Program. For the past 14 years, she guided and encouraged many others toward a life of recovery celebrating the light of Jesus. May she touch as many on her continuing spiritual path as she has here.
She leaves behind her children, Sara Berquist, Shane Reinhardt, Skyler Partin, Satari Partin; one grandson, Evan Vanluchen, and another grandson to arrive in June; dear cousin, Richard Taylor; mother-in-law, Lewine Gear; and many loving friends (as well as grandpuppies, Jet and Boomer).
She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Frizzell; father, Stanly Frizzell; brother, Scott Frizzell; love, Dennis Gear.
Our family invites you to share with us in the celebration of her life at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3, at Faith Chapel Church.
Just as she embraced everyone, we embrace Regina in our hearts. It was a very special gift to know and love her.
