Thomas Morgan Guilland, 49, was born in Marquette, Mich., on July 17, 1959, to Marjorie and David Guilland. He died on July 13, 2009, in Billings.
Tom met his wife, Linda, in an astronomy class at UNLV in Las Vegas. They both graduated from UNLV in 1989. Their work took them to Reno, Nev., and then Conifer, Colo., where both of their daughters were born.
The family moved to Billings when Tom began his work with Bresnan Communications in 2003.
Tom is survived by his loving wife, Linda; and daughters, Cara Marie, age 12, and Amanda Joanne, age 7. He was a real family man, always very proud of his girls and happiest at home.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 17, at 2 p.m., at the New Life Church in Billings. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a college fund account for Tom and Linda's daughters, c/o Thomas M. Guilland memorial fund at Western Security Bank in Billings.
