David Lee Russell

David Lee Russell passed away on February 25, 2026 at the age of 77 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on October 27, 1948 in Port Arthur, Texas to parents David Otto Russell Jr and Bobbie Lee (Evans) Russell.
He married Carmen Castle on December 2, 1978 at University United Methodist Church in Las Vegas, Nevada.
David is survived by his wife Carmen Castle Russell, and his sister Debbie Dickmann and her husband Dennis.
He is preceded in death by his parents, David & Bobbie Russell Jr.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home in Whitewright, Texas. Interment following at Oak Hill Cemetery in Whitewright.
