Vivian Schreiner passed away Friday morning, Jan. 2, 2015, at Highgate Senior Living from cancer.
Vivian was born on July 10, 1935, to Theophil and Magdalena Aman in Egeland, N.D. Vivian grew up in the Hardin and Laurel area and attended Laurel High School. Vivian married Robert "Bob" Schreiner on Sept. 28, 1952. They made their home in Billings before retiring to Arizona in 2001. Vivian loved to travel with her friends, as well as reading and listening to music.
Vivian is survived by daughter Cheryl (Hunter) Mattocks; sons Daniel Schreiner and Mark (Susie) Schreiner; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Irene Watt and Frieda Bezel; as well as three brothers, Vern (Diane) Aman, Melvin (Betty) Aman and Norman (Isabell) Aman.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert R.; son Robert W.; as well as three brothers, Ted, Elmer and Lloyd.
Funeral services will be held at New Life Church in Laurel on Tuesday at 10 a.m. A viewing will be held for friends and family Monday from noon to 8 p.m. at Smith Funeral Chapel in Laurel.
