Wilhelmina Johnson Obituary
Wilhelmina "Minnie" Johnson, 79, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, after a short illness. She was born June 1, 1928, in Linton, N.D. Minnie lived her long life proudly waiting on customers at several fine eating establishments throughout Billings. Her most memorable years were spent at the Golden Belle Restaurant, where many diners became good friends. She was well into age 76 when she finally retired.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and six sisters. She is survived by son John (Clara) Johnson of Billings; granddaughter Sara (Chris) Bevington of Seattle; two sisters, Mary Magnesen and Emma Kraft, both of Billings.
Cremation will take place. Memorial services will be on Monday, Jan. 21, at 11 a.m., at Southside Community Fellowship, 3115 Sixth Ave. S.; reception to follow. Arrangements are in the care of Dahl Funeral Chapels.
