Helen Petersen Obituary
Helen was born in Lewistown Montana on February 10, 1945, and was the last born to her natural parents Claire (McGowan) and Harry Peteren. Helen was raised in Lewistown and graduated from Fergus High School in 1962. Helen worked most of her adult life as a technician for Bell Telephone (and their successors) at various locations including Lewiston and Billings, but lastly in Helena where she resided for her longest duration.
Helen remained single her entire life but always nurtured a large family of dogs. In her free time, she traveled extensively. She was preceded in death by her parents, and four of her five siblings: Harry (Pete), Patricia, Marybelle, and Phillip. Her surviving sibling Larry, lives in Fort Meyers Florida. Helen is additionally survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their offspring.

I worked with Helen back in the early 80's at the phone company. I cherish those memories. Helen was always kind. I remember she had a great sense of humor and we had lots of laughs while working together. God bless you Helen.
