William 'Jesse' Cyril Dalton, 63, of Billings, passed away June 12, 2018 after his long battle against cancer. He was born on August 8, 1954 in Rapid City, SD to William Francis Dalton and Helen Rita Harcourt.
After serving in the Navy, Bill was a seasoned traveler who never seemed to be tied down. Outgoing and adventurous would barely describe him. He finally settled in Billings and if he wasn't behind a pool stick running a table, you could find him working his place, horses and dogs. He was quite the entrepreneur and businessman. He could sell anything to anyone and for a private guy, he had many friends. He will be greatly missed.
Billy is preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his four siblings; Kathie (Karl) Lund, Lynn Jackson, Jeannie Shrewsberry and Larry Dalton. He also left behind 2 sons and many nephews, nieces and great friends who loved him dearly. Cremation services were completed with Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
